A comprehensive training program
We understand the importance of knowing how to properly and effectively use our industry-leading
system and tools. This knowledge begins with our crucial on-boarding process, which requires all new
clients to attend a one-hour interactive orientation session, either in-person or via an online
module.
During the orientation session, we familiarize you with the features
associated with your account and demonstrate specific functions such as performing searches and
viewing results. This session also includes an FCRA overview so that your employees understand the
importance of federal and state guidelines impacting the implementation of compliant screening
programs.
Our program also provides crucial ongoing support with a variety of
additional training sessions that are offered daily. Our knowledgeable training team will educate
employees on topics such as:
- Basic user training
- Conducting motor vehicle reports (MVRs)
- Performing FCRA compliant background checks
- Executing credit reports
